Booking a room at the conference hotel

A limited number of rooms has been reserved for conference delegates at the centrally located 5 star Sofitel Warsaw Victoria hotel (which is also where the conference will take place) at a very special rate. This rate is guaranteed until the 27 May 2011 as long as rooms remain available - please book your room as soon as possible to ensure availability (see below).

Room rates and facilities
All rooms are equipped with free internet access, workspace, tea and coffee making facilities, free mineral water, bath, shower, hair-dryer, bath robe, satellite and pay TV, mini bar, safe, trouser press and air-conditioning.
 
o Standard double room for one person: 347.76 Polish zloty (€86) per night *
o Standard double room for two people: 388.80 Polish zloty (€96) per night *

* The room rates will be charged in Polish zloty – we have calculated the approximate price in euros using current exchange rates and VAT rates (8%) both of which are subject to change.

This room rate includes service, taxes and full buffet breakfast, as well as free use of the hotel fitness facilities which include a large heated indoor swimming pool, a gym and a hammam (Turkish bath). The room rate also includes free access to computers located on the ground floor of the hotel.

Other hotel facilities include a 24 hour front desk, concierge service, 24 hour business centre, news stand, gift shop and a casino.

Booking your room

To make your room booking please complete the online hotel booking form or download the form and send it by fax or email to the hotel. You will be required to guarantee your booking with a credit card, but payment will not be taken until you are at the hotel. You will receive confirmation of your booking direct from the hotel within 48 hours.
