Cancellation of delegate and social companion registrations

• Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected] on or before Friday 3 June 2011.
   
• There is no refund for cancellations that are not received in writing or for cancellations received after Friday 3 June 2011.
  
  
• If notification of cancellation is received after Friday 3 June 2011, a substitute delegate can be sent to the conference. Please contact [email protected] with substitute delegate details by Friday 24 June 2011.
  
  
•  A 5% administration charge may be levied at the discretion of European Social Network for any cancellations received after an invoice has been issued.
   
•  Registration as a delegate for this event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
   
•  Please note that you must also personally cancel any hotel reservation you have made, independently of cancelling your delegate registration (see below). 

Cancellation of hotel booking

If you cannot attend the conference but have made a hotel reservation, you must contact the hotel to cancel your reservation (as well as contacting ESN to cancel your delegate registration).

Hotel room cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing by the hotel.

ESN will not take responsibility for any liaison with the hotel regarding delegate room reservations.

Please note:

• Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days before the date of arrival.
   
• Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the whole stay.
   
• Reservations that are not cancelled before the date of arrival will be charged the whole cost of the stay.
