Emilie TURUNEN
MEP, Vice-Chair, Denmark Socialistisk Folkeparti (Socialist People’s Party), Denmark and Vice-Chair Group of the Greens/European Free Alliance
Emilie is a member of the European Parliament where she is also vice-chairperson of the Greens/Free Alliance Group. In the European Parliament she is a committee member of the Internal Market and Consumer Protection and a substitute on the Employment and Social Affairs Committee. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Working Life from Roskilde University and before being elected was in charge of the Youth of the Socialist People’s Party and worked with the Danish Social Forum.
